To represent Kenyan Nurses and Midwives in UK, advancing their nursing profession, promoting their wellbeing, welfare and have economic sustainability.

    To support in identifying different recruitment and training routes allowing specialisation in all avenues of Nursing and Midwifery

  • Leadership & mentorship

    To run leadership and mentorship programmes enhancing promotion opportunities.

  • NMC Assistance

    To assist members with NMC revalidation.

  • Relocation & Settlement

    To offer pastoral care to Nurses and Midwives relocating from Kenya so their settlement is smooth, enhancing integration.

  • Economic Advice

    Advice on Economic sustainability using various stakeholders

  • Collaboration & Learning

    To collaborate with other international associations learning from each other and sharing good practices as we strive to achieve excellence.

  • Strive for Excellence

    To discuss, design, evaluate and implement any other activity that will support the aims and objectives of the association.

    To support nurses and Midwives as they progress in their careers.

  • Mentorship For New Staff

    To provide mentorship support to new nurses and midwives in the career especially those recruited from Kenya.

    To be a voice for all Kenyan Nurses and Midwives, providing a platform to raise, discuss, evaluate and implement recommendations.
